Starting your repair is easy! Just go to our Repair Service page, add the Repair Service to your cart, check out and follow the instructions on how to ship your drone to Recon. During checkout, include in the comments a summary of what problem you’re having with your drone. If you’d like to give us more details send us an email at admin@ReconDroneRepair.com. You can also send us a quick comment over on our Contact page. Include in your message the Order # you received after purchasing the Repair Service.

Within two days of our receiving your crashed or damaged drone our technicians will have a detailed Diagnostic Report and Quote for Repairs prepared and emailed to you. Once you’ve reviewed these and we receive your approval, we’ll get your drone repaired FAST and securely shipped back to you.
